Modern, western health systems are collapsing due to the lack of knowledge around comparable effectiveness of competing medical services.
Health on the web and Health-IT don't provide any advantage for the decision making process of the individual either. Like in shopping plattforms users mostly find unrelevant health information, sometimes price comparison- or physician rating sites.
Sozial Netwoks and Social Media provide deep insights in the privacy of individual users. Yet the information provided is typically not valuable for the user or his friends when considering medical needs.
The EpiHelp Pioneers have created the EpiHelp Framework, which provides customers a combination of valuable health information with a Social Health Network - My Online Health Community and a modern health product market place - Healthmarket 3.0.
